Six Bangladeshi students collaborating around laptops
Art brief

ILL-HOME-HERO · 1600x1280 · 5/4

Flat vector illustration, clean geometric shapes, minimal outlines. Six diverse Bangladeshi students aged 15 to 22 collaborating: two seated at open laptops on a low table, one standing gesturing at a whiteboard with a simple flow diagram, one holding a tablet, one writing in a notebook, one wearing headphones. Modern hoodies, kurta, one hijab, backpacks. A potted plant and a paper coffee cup on the table. Two soft organic blob shapes layered behind the group for depth. Four small lime speech-bubble icons (megaphone, target, group of people, rising chart) floating above the group connected by thin dashed lime arcs. One small lime paper plane with a dashed trail crossing the upper right. Deep forest green background #0D2B1A, lime green #B3CB04 and bright lime #C6F04A accents, cream #F7F7E1 highlights on the whiteboard, paper and laptop screens, forest green #19401D clothing and furniture, warm South Asian skin tones. Simple faces, two-dot eyes. High contrast, no shadows, generous negative space on the LEFT for a headline. No text, no watermark. 5:4 aspect ratio.

Agami Summit 1.0 at a glance

More than 300 partner institutions.

Agami Summit 1.0 runs in 8 divisional chapters over 3 days, with 9 competition and exhibition tracks open to 3 categories — School, College, Varsity.

Figures as stated by Agami; updated as chapters confirm.

One loop. It gets stronger every time it turns.

Agami's entire growth and training model runs on a single, self-reinforcing loop — the Agami Flywheel. Every stage is designed to feed the next, so that the system gets cheaper to run and higher in quality the more it spins.
The Agami flywheel — eleven stages that loop back to discovery
Art brief

ILL-HOME-FLYWHEEL · 1200x1200 · 1/1

Flat vector diagram, clean geometric shapes, minimal outlines. A large circle of eleven evenly spaced small circular nodes connected by thin arcs, arranged like a clock face, with a clear closing arrow from the last node back to the first. Each node contains one simple line glyph: magnifier, form, two figures with an arrow, speech bubble, envelope with up arrow, clipboard, graduation cap, coin, upward chevrons, two exchanging arrows, circle of figures. A small paper-plane symbol at the exact centre. Deep forest green background #0D2B1A, lime green #B3CB04 nodes and arcs, bright lime #C6F04A on one highlighted node, cream #F7F7E1 glyphs. No people, no text, no numbers, no watermark, high contrast, perfectly symmetrical, centred, generous margin. 1:1. Deliverable is hand-authored SVG with ids fw-node-01..11 and fw-arc-01..11.

  1. 01 / 11

    DISCOVER

Prospective members are found through Agami's own social channels, Campus Ambassadors visiting schools and colleges, word of mouth, and — critically — through national flagship events such as NBOB, where every registrant is treated as a warm Agami lead (data shared between the two funnels with consent).

  2. 02 / 11

    APPLY

A single detailed application form captures name, institution, class/year, district, self-rated skills, motivation, and a past project or initiative. Every question is designed to predict which department the applicant will thrive in.

  3. 03 / 11

    REFER (2–4 friends)

Referral is framed as the applicant's first leadership test: "bring your circle." A shareable template keeps referred members on-brand. This keeps acquisition cost near zero and makes growth self-compounding — 500 founding members each referring 2 friends becomes 1,500 in one cycle and 4,500 in two.

  4. 04 / 11

    PUBLIC PROOF

Every member posts a short intro or video in the Agami community space. This single requirement does four jobs at once: a soft-skills assessment, free organic marketing, a public commitment device, and a content database that lets Agami sort people by aptitude (camera presence, writing, design eye, leadership tone).

  5. 05 / 11

    DIGITAL UPGRADE

Mandatory onboarding gives every member a professional email address, a built LinkedIn profile (headline, photo, About section, and 20–30 guided connections with other members), and a CV or portfolio starter — closing the single biggest gap between a capable student and an employable candidate.

  6. 06 / 11

    DEPLOY

Members are placed into a live national project (beginning with NBOB) across one of five functional tracks. Day one is real work with real stakes — far more motivating, and far more instructive, than a classroom workshop.

  7. 07 / 11

    TRAIN

On-the-job mentorship from seniors runs in parallel with a structured curriculum (Section 9), so skill-building never depends on theory alone.

  8. 08 / 11

    EARN

Paid roles follow a published, transparent rate card. Unpaid roles still earn a certificate, a named LinkedIn recommendation, a verified project line, and ladder points — so "unpaid" never feels like "exploited."

  9. 09 / 11

    PROMOTE

Performance data — tasks completed, hours logged, ratings from seniors — drives promotion up the ladder: Member → Team Lead → Campus Ambassador → Regional Head → Central Team Intern. Promotion is earned, never granted by favour.

  10. 10 / 11

    MARKETPLACE (Agami Connect)

Trained, rated members are routed into Agami's own marketplace layer — paid internships, commission-based sales and marketing gigs, and freelance design/content work with partner companies. This is the moment Agami starts generating its own independent revenue from each member's proven skill.

  11. 11 / 11

    ALUMNI

Top performers graduate into Alumni Mentor status, training and reviewing the next incoming batch — which loops the flywheel back to DISCOVER, now with a built-in supply of mentors and an even stronger word-of-mouth engine.

    Back to 01 · DISCOVER

The Agami Connect marketplace exit keeps the relationship alive after any single event ends — Agami becomes the platform members keep checking for the next gig, training, or flagship event, rather than a one-time experience.

Find your lane in two seconds.

Agami Summit 1.0 runs across School (Class 6–12), College and University levels.

Real client work, an earned title, and a direct line into partner companies through Agami Connect.

Seven things you leave with.

Every part of Agami's design — the flywheel, the journey, the curriculum, the ladder — exists to deliver seven concrete, demonstrable outcomes to every member who completes the journey.
  • A real project on their CV before graduationAssociation with a nationally visible programme, not an unnamed "volunteer" line.
  • A LinkedIn network of 500–2000+ peers and seniorsBuilt within the member's first week in Agami.
  • A named, certified skillFor example, "Graphic Designer, Media Team, [Flagship Event] 2026," not simply "volunteer."
  • Real incomeEarned through actual paid work, not a stipend or a token honorarium.
  • A leadership title earned strictly through performanceRegional Head, Ambassador — and not through application or favour.
  • A direct line to 10–20 partner companiesFor internships and freelance work, through Agami Connect.
  • A community that outlasts any single eventFriends, mentors, and a yearly reason to return as the flywheel turns again.
